Some items could take longer, but we estimate shipping 3-4 weeks after the pre-order window closes.

POLICY

We do not accept returns/exchanges unless it is a mistake on our end. Please ensure all of your order info is correct including shipping address and size. If you do make a mistake, email us (unreliablenarratorshop@gmail.com) as soon as possible and we will help fix the issue unless it's too late. We will not be responsible for your order if the shipping info you provided is incorrect. In the case of lost or stolen packages it is your responsibility to contact your postal service for the filing of any claims.
